Giovanni's Shrimp Truck

Giovanni's started operating out of a converted 1953 bread truck without much more than a few recipes for great shrimp and an entrepreneurial spirit. They drove their beloved truck around the North Shore stopping along the side of the road for a couple hours at each stop to share what they thought was some pretty special food- turns out, they were the only shrimp truck around. Over the years, with their famous scampi and hot & spicy marinade for their shrimps, they have become popular around Oahu. It may be a far drive from Honolulu, but the locals promise they're worth it.
